Default Desperately need help with this Karcher HDS551

Hi guys, my friend has just bought one of these for a large sum of money brand new but for some reason it seems very underpowered.

We have tried everything but it seems as powerful as my old K4.99M

How do you vary the power on these industrial pressure washers?

Anyone from Polished Bliss able to help as im sure they bought a similar one

You can vary the pressure via the standard lance on our model (HDS601ECO), but not via the unit itself. Also, when it comes to pressure on the commercial units, make sure you use a 3/4" connection rather than a 1/2" connection, as the latter can result in starvation in some situations.
