Desktop PC for £200ish, any decent deals about?

Desktop PC for £200ish, any decent deals about?
My stepson is saving up his hard earned dosh to get a new desktop PC to replace an old work one I got as it is on its very last legs, hard drive full, slow CPU etc, it really isn't worth trying to upgrade it.
Anyway, he wants something around £200ish without monitor as he has that already. Really XP Pro or Vista something but not Home Basic mainly for general surfing, MSN, homework and basic stuff, no online gaming or suchlike. I've found Dell Vostro's for around that price delivered. Anyone know of any deals going about besides Dell. Was going to look into putting a system together if it works out cheaper.

Spotted Dell Outlet are doing £55 off and free delivery from today until 29/05. So ordered a Vostro 200, Vista Ultimate, 2GB RAM, 2.2Ghz Dual Core CPU, 160GB SATA HDD, 16x DVD RW, keyboard and mouse for £212.48 total.
Stepson pleased but wants it like yesterday........5-7 working day delivery.
Same PC on main Dell site is £309
