what i would like to know is how do these compare to other coilovers like
Bilstein (dont know much about them)

KW Suspension 3 (always get good comments)

AST (very good)

exe-tc fast road coilovers (apparently the dogs bollocks for the road)

how good are i Eibach Pro-Street Coilover or how much better are say the ast or kw varient 3 or the exe-tc

personally the only thing i have a problem with is the spring on my 06 spec c to hard for uk roads but ideally would like coilovers i dont just want to change my springs hope this makes sense??????

Can anyone answer this?? I'm interested in how they ride too?? Are they much harder than Eibach springs on the road (softer setting) or are they a bit crashy?? My car lives on the road with the very occasional track day so would be nice to have the adjustment when needed, but don't want to rattle my teeth out when not on track!

Cheers

You don't want coilovers. What you probably want is a replacement spring like the Eibach and decent dampers. Or just different dampers. Springs may be fine - what you currently feel could be too much high speed compression damping.

Coilovers, almost without exception, will give you harder springs with much less travel.
