They're saying it was just an accident but
was it though?
Maybe the dog had a grudge?

Maybe the dog will feel so much remorse that he will shoot himself - would that then be classed as labraside

Perry Alvin Price III shouldn't have been out hunting!
I blame the breed not the dog !!
Labs are known for gun crime !

""We couldn't talk to Perry and Groberg was at the front of the truck when he heard the shotgun blast and didn't see what happened.""
Yeah right...
Groberg shoots Perry, gets dog to jump all over the gun and says he was standing at the front of the truck so didn't see anything.
Allegedly.

I thought the rule was to keep the gun "broken" or the safety catch on when not in use.

I reckon the dog murdered him in cold blood, my mother in laws Retreiver locked us out when we were housesitting and had gone for a romantic dip in the pool, f*cker knew what it was doing by lying against the bottom catch.
What kind of idiot leaves a loaded gun near a dog bouncing around ?

I guess when your in a state which allows guns to be transported loaded and the safety catch turned off, it may just happen
I bet in Texas its probably legal for a dog to have its own gun
