Just went to pick up my Scoob from my friends drive and found a concrete fence post had fallen across the wing and bonnet

- just about to contact Adrian Flux. The car is now at the local dealer awaiting an estimate.

I am not a happy chappy, so pls check any fences/posts near your cars as they are fukcing dangerous!

What are the odds on that eh ?

I opened this thread expecting a joke about Vindaloo and 12 Pints of lager, this was much more depressing.

Hope you get it sorted OK mate

May take the opportunity to stick on a new style or rather 1999/2000 bonnet and 22B vents.

The real bugger was that I was going to move it this morning but didn't and it happened around 10/11am !

Thumbs down

The wind blew the garage door half closed onto the rear screen/roof of the car as I reversed out in the dark! Its pulled off the plastic strip across the top of the rear screen and bent it. Doesn't seem to keen or being refitted to I guess I'd better see if I can order a new one. Not pleased, especially as I work for Equitable Life, not a good couple of days really!

Total bummer mate. However, sounds like you got a dose of the Abbotts! Would look good with a 99/00 front.

A couple of weeks back the high wind blew the wheelie bin down the drive and twated the Scoob's door mirror right back, thankfully this deflected the bin off the side of the car. Since then the bins been tied to the fence!

With so much rain recently, the garage doors have absorbed a lot of water & expanded

I cannot open them! PTMW! is inside

At least PTMW! is safer from scumbags now...
