Just a quick note to all young drivers out there.

My renewal has just come round and i didnt like the massive bill screentrade wanted. After some phoning around i got to a-plan and they gave me a cracking deal.

Car: 98 turbo 2000 running about 280bhp
Me: 22 year old student (dad is a named driver on the policy just in case aswell)

Price: £959 fully comp with like-for-like mods cover

I spoke to Carley and am very happy with the whole package offered

 

Im with a-plan now aswell and found them to be top notch, i like the fact that you get straight through to a human and not a darn computer system, also good that they arent based in calcutter so i can understand what they are saying.

Do a-plan offer discount if an older driver is on your policy? anyone know?

I think most insurance companies will give you a reduction of around 10% if there is a more experienced driver on the policy.

Its just handy to have dad on mine just incase, you never know when it may be useful

Im 24 in August, and for the same car and my lowest quote yeat is £1650 fully comp, and that with 5 years no claims!
Gonna have to give them a bell me thinks!
