Default South Lakes to York Scooby Live Sun 27th

Anyone driving from the Barrow area to Scooby Live on Sunday 27th May ????

Fancy meeting up on the way, I was thinking of going A590 to M6 (Jnt 36), North to Jnt 38 up to the A66 and accross to the A1. Down to York.

If you do give us a shout, I was going to leave about 07:00 from Barrow.

If several cars are going and they dont have to be scooby's we can pick the best route and time to suit us all.

Hello mate I drive a black classic with gold rally decals, complete with a book shelf on the boot, if you see it you will recognise it straight away.

Will wave if I see you, but I will be leaving fairly early.

Have a good weekend in the lakes.

Don't know how well you know the lakes but the views fron the Hardnot and Wrynose Passes are spectacular on a clear day. Cartmel fell and the other hills between Cartmel and Ulverstone are pretty good too.

I worked on the new bypass for a while last year on the 590 just after Cartmel and used to take it occasionally....
