Hi

What is the best insurance for drivers under 21?

I am 18 just passed my test and am buying a subaru type-25, or an impreza sti spec- c. on an 07 plate

Off course akno its guna be a ridiculous amount of money, but its my dream to own a impreza

Cheapest so far is £9,999.

Any suggestions

Dont think many places will consider insuring you until your 21+ at least, alot still dont quote me and im 24!

sorry i cant help you in your search fella, have you tried any specialist insurers, as im assuming its paul who was involved in the accident?

hope your getting better nayways if it is. you deserve a decent car after what you went through.

Yea its paul,

Year cheers mate not doing so bad now.

I have tried a couple, best so far just shy of 10 grand, if a have to i will pay that but rather do sum looking about first. Theres no rush still waitng for car.

please call me andy. when you get the car, please post piccies fella. without sounding nasty, could you not get a specialist insurance as your having the car modified to cope with your disabilities? or will they not play any part in your driving? just curious, but i suppose the big claim you should get from that ******* would help with the insurance.

who will quote anybody on anything at a price as they specialize in celebrities footballers etc.Mention the disability modifications to your car as this ought to count in your favour.

Somewhere I have details of 3 brokers who specialize in drivers with disabilities.Just let me know if you want me to dig them out.

A thought this would have made a difference and helpd out a bit, but no look so far, yea defintly the claim has helpd and is the only reason i can afoord one lol.

I have just submited a request for a quote from marketbalance and am waiting for reply.

thanks to all that are trying to help paul scousefly you have no idea what he has gone through. paul is using my username to access the people on here who will give advice. paul is going to get a t25 spec C from litchfields he willl get the car and we will get insurance for it in 1977 i had a 3 litre TVR Tuscan my insurance for that car at 19 was £1280 i was earning 25 quid a week paul i expect will have to pay about 8 grand if thats the market price then thats what he will pay
