Its quite simple, thinking about the grip, not gettin enough, so it time for some arches, or so i thought, i really like the fact that my car has no arches on it, but i don't want to be passed on the bends like at donno.
SO its Monte Carlo Tarmac arches and some 8 - 9" rear Wheels or stay standard looking.

here is some RS views, just wanted to know what the JAP crew thought as its you lot i will be passing

You don't need arches, you just need a Scoob

Sorry, i need a scoob, not really, as there too slow, so i will make my car handle go for a 550bhp conversion and still would be cheaper than a scoob, plus they are soo common, don't get me wrong i like scoobs thanks to craig H and stef, but i do love the straight line speed a cossie delivers plus they are soo much cheaper to get big HP

Dingy,

I think the arches look really tidy, and if you've got the power to warrant having that rear width and rubber, then go for it!

blubs

ps Correct. We won't need to be in a hurry to pass you

Oh thank God for that, you're not on about adding them to a Scoob. The day I see some arches stuck on a Scoob will be the time for me to move on, likewise the <I>'On A Mission'</I> sticker in the back window.

Hi Dingy,

I say Yes !! With the addition of additional rubber and the arches it will not only look good but the grip should be up especially with a wider track.

And if you do the brakes at the same time, then bye bye Mr. Subaru

For those who didn't realise, Dingy was having to start braking at about half way down the start/finish straight to make Redgate so he was loosing a lot of time there.

Dingy, I say, go do it

Cheers

Ian
