Question

Hi,

I'm about to get my compartments released in both of my shins (Anterior) and wondered if anyone on here has any experience of this procedure.

I've been told it's no biggie, but I'd like to have some more real-life experiences before I go under the knife.

Are there no runners (or other sport types), physio's, dr's, podiatrists, chiropodists on this board at all??

Thanks Neil.

I've seen that page already. Trauled the net and read just about everything listed.

Luckily for me that one's for the Acute version where someones had some sort of trauma (e.g. car crash). Mine's chronic, but I was told there's a risk of some nerve damage with the op, so I'd like my mind put at rest from anyone with experience.
