Considering the size & quality of our squad, we have been punching above our weight so it was inevitable. He has introduced a lot of the youngsters and you can see the confidence they have gained from his faith in them.
It will be interesting to see who we go for in the January transfer window, but for me this season is about consolidation.
Big signings in the summer and a European place for next season are what we want to see.

Likewise Billy Sharp, who scored against you in the CC this year, when you could only beat us on a dubious penalty.........:D

Certainly, dubious:mad:

That same ref was ref for us FOUR times last season, gave five penalties against us and sent off two players. He must have hated Lawsy:D

Fergie is going nowhere ........ at the moment.

Theres a lot happening at Ibrox, Le Guen only has two weeks to turn things around, if not hes away.

If he stays ...... Fergie goes.

You heard it here first ;) :D

I am happy for this year to be a "settling" year for us. Build up our young 'uns and work on the next couple of seasons. It is going to take too much to achieve what we want in one season and for the Ellis taint to disappear!

At the start of the season I got all excited with our form but of course reality soon hit and it's a case of wait and see.....next season we'll start mounting the challenge, next season!

One thing I'd like to see back in our trophy cabinet after many decades of absence is the FA Cup!

Villa will get hammered tonight! the Chelski players will react to the ear bashing they've had and they have seen United drop points yesterday so this is a chance to close the gap. Villa have Barry missing as well so weakened further.

In the long run I think Jan wont bring much. maybe a few squad signings but nothing to really improve the team. Villa have the potential to be similar to Spurs but I don't think your manager is up to much. Time wil tell.

You know when you say something hoping to hell you are wrong! :thumb:

Villa offered nothing going forward but Chelski were fresh out of ideas most of the game. Saying that they could have easily nicked one with the chances they created. United back to back now aint it? :thumb:

Nice to see Villa digging their heels in tonight.

Not the most entertaining game ever, but it's a joy seeing Mourinho and company squirm a little more. :D
