Question Screensaver software - or alternative suggestions

Anyone know of a good program which allows you to create screensaver files (.scr)?

I'd like to pull something together for an event which I'm involved with in a few weeks time - we're doing the cybercafe for it so I'd like to give the events guys a .scr file to load onto the PCs there so it'll display our chat when no-one is using the computers.

Any help greatly appreciated!

By 'chat' I meant just to display some corporate messages - essentially just a few bullet points about products etc. not 'chat' as in web chat / IM or anything of that sort
