are they just talking out of his doggies **** or has any1 actually got them to beat there current quote?

Yes this has been well publicized.But be aware that the premium to beat is your renewal premium and not the lowest premium you have been quoted after an internet trawl.So if your renewal from say Norwich Union is £1000.00 and A Plan quote £600.00 they will only undertake to beat the NU price.
