North Wales Lot - NBO Convoy
Yes, its that time again to get the convoys sorted.
Ill run the north west area ones over again if people want me to but i really cant be doing with going the scenic route this time, was a pain in the *** last year and we got split up on several occasions.
Im proposing an easy motorway run with 2 stops so if your ok with the above lets see who is coming from this area.
The 3 main points will be.....................
Chester Services - M56
Burtonwood Services Eastbound - M62
Birch Services Eastbound - M62
The Chester and Burtonwood ones will run to Birch where we will all leave from there.
Right then, who is coming ???????

part of the experience of the NBO is the convoys
planning
lists
and the actual drive then to drive onto the field and directed to your parking spot and to see hundreds of other scoobys all facing the same direction .
The convoy from Scotch corner for the TTS /CS and scottish scoobys filled the scotch corner car park with 100++ scoobys and has been led by Johny Gav for the last 3 years .
An awesom site to fill 3 lanes of the A1 all driving at 69 miles per hour .
At the fisrt NBO there was 7 mile tailbacks onto the A1 when the TTS and Yorkshire/ hull/ lincs boys all arived at the same time !!
We have 18 marshalls who park 350-450 cars in less then 1 hour
peak times is 1105 -1125 with very few later then 1200 such is the impecable timing that convoy leaders seem to manage from many miles away .
