i know there have been similar threads, but cant find the info i am after..

my philips blues blew a week or so back, i am on some temporary ones at the mo and they are crap !!

prefer the whiter light but heard good things about GE +60 ?

are the philips GT150's any good, or am i better off with PIAA's ??

heard some mixed reports...

dont wanna spend much more than 40quid, they are for a MY99

any ideas ?? and where is the best place for them ?
