Default Strange noises

Hi. I've recently noticed two strange noises. One which is a clicking sound coming through the steering colum at slow speed/stationary and at the same time the second is coming from the f/r under the arch somewhere. Its most obvious when turning left and i aint got a clue what it could be. Can anyone help please?

Car is an Sti6 Type R.

Many thanks.

P.S. Got some spare cash to spend and looking to improve the handling and get rid of understeer. How can the anti-lift kit reduce understeer when it adds positive camber on the front? I thought this would promote it instead. Is negative not needed for better front end handling round corners just like a fwd car? Dont know if getting the full whiteline setup through out the car is overkill (£1000) or whats needed. Advice appreciated. Cheers.
