Not a bad game. A couple of penalties not given early on that perhaps should have been but a good result anyway.

Its a fookin good result considering who Bayer Leverkusen have beaten at home as they progressed in the competition

 

From the little bits I managed to see whilst moving from pub to pub, Liverpool were putting in a good performance

Nope, hence the at the end.

Looking at the teams through, they'll more than likely get an Italian team in the next round I'd like to see Chelsea play Liverpool in the final, but then I'd also like a Chelsea-AC Milan final as they are, IMHO, the two best teams in Europe ATM and it would be an evenly matched affair that'd be good for spectators.

 

Would like to see LFC v PSV in the next round.
