at 22 i was paying £1750 a year tpft on a 94 wrx import could only find 1 company that would insure me on an import was qouted around £1200 on a uk model

 

You'd be better off asking for 'has anyone under 22 recently started a policy on an Impreza (Turbo) if so how much you paying/who you with etc'

I'm only saying this as it's only been within the last year or so the majority of insurance companies have changed their policies with regard to 'younger drivers' or their classification of the Impreza (Turbo)

 

I was quoted 3300 fully comp on a brand new my05 wrx with swinton as they the only one that will insure you at less than 22 years old. im going to wait a year. when you 22 tesco and peeps will insure you for around 1500 fully comp on a new wrx.

 

insured sti type r version 5 last year with tesco i was 21 1 years no claims fully comp for £3150.

its up for renual on the 25 feb and tescos wont renue. B*st@ds cant seem to find anone who will insure me this year.

i'm 22 bought MY01 WRX at the beginning of Feb, 0ncb on my dads through elephant and for the year its just over £1200 fully comp

 

I was 21 when I first got my sti 4. Cost me £2200 fc (tescos) with 2 years ncb. A year on and a bit of shopping around, I am now paying £1500. (www.elephant.co.uk)
