Default Fog light problem

I've just fitted some 2nd hand Subaru foglights on my MY97 Sti. Got some official foglights and an official front fog switch. Plugged lights into conectors at front and when I took my dash off there was a connector that fitted my switch. So, plugged everything in and put it back together. Tested lights and - nothing. New switch on dash lights up when switched on. checked bulbs - ok, fuse box - no blown fuses.
Any ideas guys? I'm sure a few of you will have fitted your own lights.

Probably a relay missing. On the 02 cars all the wiring is there, switch block, wiring to relay panel, wiring to lights, light blocks behind the light blanks. All that's missing is the switch, the lights and the relay.

Sorry but I don't know where the fog relay is on a 97 car. On the 02 car there's a small block to the left (looking from inside the car) of the fuse box under the panel below the steering wheel. Foglight relay is fourth one down.

Thanks Chelspeed.
Does anyone know where the front foglight relay is located on an MY97 Sti?
