How many turns lock to lock as standard?

Ive got an MY98 WRX that has 2 and 3/4 turns lock to lock. Is this normal or is it a quicker rack than standard?

Standard should be about 2.7 turns lock to lock, which I think equates to a 15:1 ratio.

The quickrack, which is 13:1 should be about 2.2 turns.
