I think the pistons (hypereutectic cast on more recent EJ207 AFAIK) might struggle with that if the car is driven hard, in hot weather, on track, and/or for high mileage, but there is one way to find out

How does the turbo spool up? Is this turbo a hybrid of a T67 compressore and a TD06 turbine?

A greddy t67 is indeed a td06h turbine with 25g comp wheel. Option of 8, 10, 12 or 14cm^2 housings I think.
