Post New valleys dual carriageway

From BBC news website
"The first stage of a £300m scheme to turn the A465 Heads of the Valleys road in south Wales into a dual carriageway has been officially opened.
The 6.2km (3.8 mile) stretch between Tredegar and Dowlais is the first section to be completed.

Local politicians hope the dual carriageway will help link south and west Wales to the Midlands and northern England. "

A SIDC and scoobynet official said that the new road, as well as making good economic sense, would also be ideal for local scooby owners to test the high speed handling of their motas. If it's good we may even include it on our MWRs," he said.

Who's gonna be the first to "test" this new section before the bizzies cast their beady eye over it?
