As for time hows about 2pm? Made the preliminary booking for about 20+ already but they can take more. Don't want to make it too early as some might want to sleep in on the sunday morning whilst others get lost from Hereford and others take too long in doing their hair before dropping the hood. Carvery will be the main, those who want summat else (ie Huge gammon steak or vegan or just to drink please specify).
