They're a fairly new startup I think, but have heard good things about them. Smallish, so maybe they're on holiday and are short staffed.

I wouldn't panic though - I'm sure the stuff will come through.

Hi Kartman

Another fellow P1 owner. Glad you got a new spoiler in the end M8 rather than going to a dealer and paying stupid money.

I am sure this is only a one man band but please correct me if i am wrong

Cheers Dougie

Default Pump

I've had exactly the same problem. Said it was sent on the 6th, and I'm still waiting. Anyone got a number I can call?

Cheers

Default Pump Update

Anyway after chasing Scott for ages, finally got my pump yesterday.
It went like this:-

22/9 Bought pump via Paypal (2-3 day delivery quoted)
28/9 Queried where it was to be told Scott's dad was ill and he'd had not time to send it. Fair enough.
6/10 Chased it again to be told it had been sent that day. Ok...
7/10 Asked for mail tracking number. No reply..
8/10 Rang his home. He wouldn't come to the phone but mailed later
with the number. I used this to track the parcel but PO had no record of it!!!
Very concerned at this point that I was being ripped off.
12/10 Called again but again Scott would not come to the phone or return my calls.
13/10 Got a mail saying if it didn't arrive today he would refund my money. Tracking number was still the same one. What he didn't say was it has only been posted the day before and not on the 6th, even though all along I had not been desperate for it and had made that clear so there was no need to lie.
14/10 Pump arrives fine, but it took ages and had me worried I was having my first bad experience with Ebay..

If they'd been straight with me there would have been no bad feeling at all.
Very dissappointing.

Beware....

I know this might get deleted/slated, but it all happened as stated (I still have all the mails) and as a result I would not deal with them again.

Cheers
Dave
