my scoob's coming up to the ripe old age of 1 month old and one thing I've discovered is that, apart from the gold wheels, it looks like every other uk scoob - even then, there's a high proportion of gold wheels too!

I thought I might change the look a tad by adding a prodrive rear spoiler. trouble is, it's £587 for the spoiler, which then needs fitting and colour coding too

Everyone at work thinks this is a bit expensive, but I think the enhanced look justifies the cost...

votes on how daft I am to buy this?

Daft, looks great, and you know you want one, but cuts rear visibilty way down. Now, is that an unmarked car following? Dunno, can't see! (Lucky I never travel at superlegal speeds, so not an issue for me!)

Get an STi one - they're slightly higher so you look straight thru them!

Knew I could count on you chaps

It'll be ordered today - I'm not sure about all the warranty b0ll0cks, so I'm still going for a prodrive one.

I'll show it off at a future meet.

It's huge, but worth it!! I've got one on my car, but I haggled with the dealer when I bought the car!

I paid £500 for the spoiler, and got him to throw in the painting and the fitting, along with the colour coding of the car!!!

Chuff'd, you're not wrong!!!

If it's the dealer you bought the car from, it's always worth trying it on!!!!

I will get discount from the dealer coz they've screwed me around a bit - dented the rear wing putting the tracker in, etc...

They owe me!

ps. Don't buy a car from B&C - great sales pitch, but don't expect much after you've handed over the dosh!
