Just a quick post to say cheers to Holdcroft Subaru in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.

10,000 mile service was done with no fuss, they then replaced my WRX mats under warranty because the border was coming away on one of them (many a dealer would have refused it as a wear and tear thing).

Just dropped it off for my 20,000 mile service, where they are also going to change my clutch/flywheel/housing under warranty for the dreaded "judder".... not a cheap fix!

What impresses me is that they do not promise the world, but they look into things, and get back to you telling you what the deal is (rather that try to find a get out clause, or not bother to find out and then fob you off).

Anyway, top job fellas!! (providing you put it all back together for me tomorrow!!).
