This is right. I have 2000 wheels on my 95 car.

 

My MY96 is the pre facelift version and I wondered if the 16" standard turbo wheels off a MY98 would fit.

I know a lot of changes were made to the car from 96-98. Just checking that stud pattern isn't one of them.

Anyone know?

Yes they will fit , I fitted MY98 uk car wheels and tyres on to my MY96 STI2 .
