Ok Guys

I'm organising a Rolling Road Day to POWERSTATION(see [www.powerstation.org.uk]).

This i am planning for Saturday 19th June.I will be booking this tomorrow with Powerstation as dates soon go! No dates were available until after May15 & as its Jap Fest & Bank Hol week after i thought best leave till June.

I can take between 15-30 Cars and preferably Scoobies.What i will do is keep a reserve list of say 5 Non-Scoobies and see how things go..NO OFFENCE.

The cost is £25 a Car for Power Run

Also i can allow :
2 Cars to have Bumpsteer & 4 Wheel Alignment-Cost £120+VAT or
3 Cars 4 Wheel Alignment only-Cost £60+VAT

I will also be posting this on [www.sw-pc.com] too so put your name down,car and what you require ASAP if you want to go.Obviously this is on a first come first served basis! ANY SCOOBS IN SOUTH WEST AREA from CORNWALL UPWARDS ARE WELCOME !!

This organising lark is great fun aint it! You know I am having that remap done, well he has penciled me in for, wait for it, Sat 12th June!! Yes, I thought you would enjoy that!! I will call BRD tomorrow afternoon and see what I can do with the date, hopefully he can bring it forward a week!! There`s allways one isn`t there!
Bev will probably be up for this as well, in his 300zx. Will ask him tomorrow.

Could well be up for the power run as last time my car ran a 247.5bhp with full decat and blitz filter. Would be intrested to see what the car is running now as I've got the scoobyecu fitted.

The car is a UK my95.

Could probably get a couple of EVO's aswell.

The hack saw is out, Bev is De-catting his Nissan! Couple of empty baked bean tins in the cut out sections should do it!

 

Duracell did I tell you my car hit an all time high of 1.8 bar peak boost the other day. Wheels were spinning in 4th at 50mph, must get that sorted.

Have you asked the Bristol / Yate mob over on scoobyzone. Also try the Wales section as well, just over the road for them.
When I organised the last Rolling road day quite a few of them came along.

As I mentioned in my e-mail I'll pop along for the rise but no point in a run as apart from the baxbox I have done bugger all to the car

I daren't go.

Everytime I go to Powerstation I end up with an "impulse buy" and go home several hundred pounds worse off

I was last there about 8 weeks ago and left with a V-Limited front lip straight off the boat from Japan (cheers Iain / Curtis)

Time before that Eibach springs.

If I go again I'll end up with a 2.5l conversion and no male sex organs.

300bhp and 290ftlb on that occasion. I would love more torque, but know the only way to do it is the 2.5l conversion.
I value my manhood too much!!!!

Colin,
I don't think to be honest you were ever going to find 30 cars from the south west. If I remember correctly when I did that one in 2002 we had 6-8 cars from Devon and Cornwall and the rest were made up from cars from bristol areas etc.
Unfortunately it looks like the Bristol lot did a power run not long ago so it's unlikely they will want to do another run so soon.
Give me a bell when you are free and pop in for a coffee.

 

Trouble is, for those of us who run standard unmodified cars their is not a lot of point going to a rolling road day. Longleat looks good though, and maybe a couple of evening or weekend cruises would be fun now the evenings are longer and the weather should be better. Dave Sutts

I got a paltry 398 last time (415 the time before)

But I'm feeling lucky and hopefully a few more tweaks will have been done by then so I should be over 450bhp!! on a little olll 2litre engine...........
