I have been told my window regulator is bent on my drivers door - so I have been out and got myself a new one, but not being overly technical wondered if somebody can give me a quick 'how to' guide so I kinda have some help coz I am not sure where to start.

Just to add.....

I have the door card off and the basics out of the way, not sure which bolts hold on which bits etc coz you cant see into the door very well!
