I have a uk my99 imp turbo with a scorpion downpipe + magnex full system .
Is it possible just to change the backbox and what type will fit straight on

As far as I know, and that's not very far, you can mate a scoobysport backbox to a Magnex mid. Apart from this, dunno.

Why not go the whole hog, rip the Magnex off and go Scorpion straight through

Alternatively, you could go mad and have a HKS hiper which replaces mid and back and has a 13cm tailpipe, which is what I am doing next month.
I think that would fit on your scorpion jobbie.

My honest answer is i'm not sure with that mid section either. seeing as we are only in Notts and have ours and Scoobysports back box in, you are more than welcome to pop in and have a looksee. sadly no 13cm tailpipes, but they look pretty nice!

Virtually any backbox will fit, as they are all designed to fit/mate to the standard mid-section, so all use the same size "bracket" (non-technical description )

Go for the Scoobysport - original, and still the best (IMO )

I went from PPP backbox, to Scorpion BB, to Scoobysport. Scorpion was no-where near as good in 'sound quality' as the the SS and the car pulled better, especially at high revs, with the SS
