Renewal time next month :( but I've had a great quote from Liverpool Victoria :) so was thinking of sending them my business.
I'd like to hear from other people insured with them : what are they like for paying out in the event of a claim, customer service etc. Any comments good or bad wanted, so please post if you're insured with them. Thanks :)

never made a claim I'm afraid - t'was just the cheap quote that attracted me:) Customer Servce seems okay, but I guess that's when they are taking your money...

wrote the passenger side of my 2003 sti off, panel and bodywork damage only but still a hefty 9k bill [inc 4 new pf7 wheels], liverpool dealt with it quickly and efficiently, however i would recommend NOT using their approved mechanics [+ courtesy car], ud be better off using a subaru garage and going to work on bike or bus!!! mines been in the garage now getting fixed by their approved mechanic for nearly 3 months!!1
