Liverpool Victoria increase

How come every year I have had my Scooby, the insurance company I am with ALWAYS increases the premium!!!
Last year I changed over to Liverpool Victoria Insurance, paid £470, now today I get my renewal letter and it is £540!!!!
Just for the record, I am 36, FULL NCB, car garaged etc etc etc.
Just been on the phone and been told that car insurance has on average increased 20% over the last year!!! WTF!!!
How come us mugs are the ones that have to pay up each year for car crime??? It is about time the low life of this country started to pay for their crimes instead of us!!!
