I noticed that the address matches the address where the domain name was registered that Andy Hobson found Here

Just imagine if someone who was less law-abiding than Stavros & who had a grudge, got hold of that info - on your concscience? Not on mine anyway...

If you are processing a county court claim against scooby-parts then make sure you name Mr Cunningham as a co defendant, if you don't they can use the "business out of use"
Name everybody that you know that was linked with the company, that way they cannot struggle out of it.
Also, make sure your claim totals include interest at say 5%
