Where do the wires go?

I have recently bought this turbo timer (HKS)http://darrensphotos.fotopic.net/photo.php?id=640455&offset=1
but I do not know where the white (with bullet connector) goes to, or the black with brown stripe.
I believe the grey goes to handbrake.
Also as there are 2 black plugs is it the male or female I connect up (havent had a chance to look in car yet)
