Recently did a clutch change on my subaru imprezza sti, put the car back together, went to bleep the alarm as i walked away..... nothing

Not sure what has happened, the immobeliser will not arm and the alarm remote is doing less than nothing I have changed the battery in the remote (long shot I know), still no joy.

The alarm is a Laserline 902

Any thoughts guys? I am totaly stuck on this and need it resolved before I leave for holidays next friday.

Sounds as if you've caught a wire when changing the clutch.
Follow all the wires you can and see if any are loose / cut / caught up in anything.
If no joy and your off on your holidays there was a post in security not to long back, on how to secure your car for the long term ie removing fuses / tax discs etc.
May give you time to book and wait for a alarm expert.
