I can't seem to change that setting in bios ?? I borrowed a 128 MB (same as you sent me basically) and slotted that in no problems, so would indicate faulty memory to me ?

Phill, just thinking, can you check in the BIOS to see what the CAS latency is set to for the memory??? If set to 2, can you change to 3 and see if this makes a difference...
