Anyone understand this?

First of all, I Upgraded to IE6 <spit>, but when trying to access the Blueyonder FTP site (ftp://ftp.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/) It says "The page cannot be displayed" I think it's lying.

So I go back to 5.5, then no matter what site I tried to visit, it said "Access forbidden, user forbidden by control lists" or some crap like that

So I am now using V5. They're all crap IMO, but at least I can visit sites with this one

Why would it go shonky cause of my browser?

Nope that is the correct FTP server for the PWP space, it is teh same one that I use for hosting stuff on here.

Its more down to the fact that Croosh is not using a proper FTP client.

IE and FTP <grrrrrrrrrrrr>

I know that feeling, I can spec a full ftp url with name, password and directory path, but when I connect do I have full r/w access, do I hell!!

Got fed up and downloaded a copy of CuteFTP, which is rather funky. But then realised I had VNC on my work machine, so VNC'd in and used Anarchie to upload my files, no problems at all
