Am thinking of offering a day driving Ferraris or such like as an incentive to my sales team this month.
Anyone know of the "best" place to contact for a half day or day of thrashing Ferrari's or such like (with tuition of course!)
Silverstone / Brands ?
Any idea of cost ?

brands hatch, thruxton and the like do days like that.

So if it's an incentive, can I apply for your sales team?

I did a one-to-one driving day yesterday at Thruxton in a Lotus Elise. 3 laps instructor driving, 2 x 7 laps me driving and 2 white knuckle laps with instructor driving. It cost about 270 quid.

Ian Taylor school at Thruxton also do the racing day consisting of Rover 45 GTI, MGF, Boxster, 355/360 Ferrari and a single seater. I think thats around 350 quid but not sure, but you dont get many laps in each.

Thruxton is a superb quick circuit to drive.

Not quite the same but I'd very highly recommend the days at Jonothan Palmers place in Bedford where you get to drive a variety of cars. Totally brilliant and can be good competetive fun as your split inot team and are timed in all the cars and have a printout of your overall days performance.

Thruxton is definately the place to go. Fast circuit, excellent training & they let you drive fast. Brands Hatch was cheaper/more laps but you couldnt do this,that,that,this...

At most schools the cars are rev limited. This includes at Thruxton (4000rpm i think) except on the Elise !!!!!!!!!
