Go to Subaru dealer , They sell inserts ,mine was £ 40 easy to replace without having to remove Ariel it u just power ariel up feed in need one, power it down job done. Theres 2 types , by that i mean the plastic inside it. Ones smooth. One has teeth on it. You will need to get old one out for pattern . Take it to dealer to get same insert. Dont lose mast retaining clips for gods sake.
