Question

to wire up the fogs onto the mainbeam (like driving lights) so that they can also come on with the switch as well.

Bear with me on this one...

That way they can 1) light the road etc near to the car as mainbeam throws quite long 2) look cool when "flashing" some1 out etc 3) still work in foggy shat.

"Get driving lights" i hear you say.. well yes, but as I am getting a P1 lip in the future i was going to get the P1 lights and housing.

I just wanted to do the above as a cheap thing for the moment, till i get the driving lights.

Any thoughts on whether i can do this/how to are appreciated.

Cheers,

Andy

Question

1. it's dead easy, costs a few quid and needs a relay and about half an hour of your time.
2. It's a waste of time, the light output is abysmal, and as for looking cool, well if you want to look like a Nova/Corsa driver???:
3. Since the fogs are just that, and NOT driving lights, PC Plod may be able to do you if he's in the wrong frame of mind.
If you still want to do it, post again, and I'll do you some instructions.

no you are misunderstanding the cool aspect.

I meant cool in that they flash when i flash some1 with mainbeam. I dont want to drive round with them on unless a) its foggy b) i have fullbeam on.
