Looking to upgrade lights on car (bulbs)

Put Philips Vision Plus (H1) in the dips, and Philips Rallye 100w (HB3) in the mains for starters. Or if you can run to it, HID the dips and fit Prodrive/Hella HID drive lamps.

www.powerbulbs.com for bulbs, and www.autolamps-online.com for HID dip conversion, and your local friendly Subaru dealer for the HID drive lamps

I have a full set for the STI, from the recent group buy if you are interested (mains and dips)

 

If you HID the dips and mains then to be honest the mains are so good that the driving lights are superfluous.
