Ah, didn't notice they were the same ones, i thought the first were the ones like TSL's car. Not a big fan of morrette's, but those do really suit your car..

Thanks Paul

I got the Nurbugring stickers from Gixerman (who got them at the ring) who has attended the ring a fair few times on the promise that I'd go along within the next 12 months lol

Yo, TB Meech !

So your the guy who beat me to the post on that one, I always wondered who got it, I recognise it like yesterday.

I still remember ringing the dealer about it and he said, yeah some other guy was interested, so I got my loan sorted, rang back the next week and.......... IT HAD GONE !!!

It is a lovely car though, I'll gove you that, and you've done some V TASTEFUL mods too, although the stickers are a little much for me

Not to worry, I now have a Black "2 DOOR" STi 5 Type R, awaiting delivery of my APEXi GT Exhaust system, Induction Kit, and decat, just taken delivery of some 18" Prodrive P1's and the last mod I will ever do to the car will be and APEXi Power FC ECU.

Not into highly moddin cars anymore, it may even be up for sale in about 2 years, so watch this space.

Why do I just know though, that despite all these mods, I will never recoop my money Must be force of habit.

Oh and the other mods I will be doin are the Pod and Boost Gauges like you have in yours.

Also, did you spray your dash mate in that silver, I originally wanted Carbon Fibre from GGR, but when I saw the price, I thought....... "STUFF THAT"

I might go for the spray finish like you have done, any help would be appreciated

Cheers

S.

sc00byd00byd00,

hehe, I was lucky I already knew the car dealer and he called me to say he had it in, so went to look and took for a test drive, left a deposit that day

Have'nt looked back, well until I check my bank balance lol.

Stickers yeah I know, they are a bit overkill, but I wanted to be different but i've seen a couple of cars now that look a little too similar now so maybe another change could be on the cards

Deffo recommend the Gauges, so frightening to see the time it takes for the oil to warm up......

Colour coding the interior vents etc was so easy, doesnt take long at all, all the colour coding ie P1 Driving lights, 22b vents, STI-6 lip have all been done by me at home in my garage, if you need advice drop me an email.

Toby

Simon,

The gauges are:

60mm Defi EGT, Oil Temp & Oil Pressure (Centre)
Defi Pod

52mm Defi Boost (A Pillar)
Nitosport A Pillar Pod

Theres a Knocklink and Lambdalink mounted on the dash too but cos of the angle of the photo you cant see them

May be worth having a look here J-Spec as they do a shed load of pods and they stock the Defi's too, am thinking of getting a Double A Pillar pod with a nice Autometer AFR to go with the boost gauge
