Can anyone tell me where I turn off the prompt for a callback number in win98, been driving me crazy for the past hour trying to find it!

Are dialing into another computer from your PC or trying to dial into yours from somewhere else?

If you trying to dial into a Windows NT server box from your PC, the dial-back option is set from the NT Server Remote Access Server service, not the client.

trying to dial into a company RAS server. On my Win2000 laptop you can turn on/off callback, guess that's what I can't find it on Win98 if it's not there1
