Cheers Nige:D Rasher 13 December 2002, 18:00 Anyone!!!! Rasher 13 December 2002, 18:01 Probably should have mentioned it is an upper strut brace that I was referring to:D Tone Loc 13 December 2002, 20:05 I've never seen a Prodrive strut brace. Tony. swan 13 December 2002, 20:50 You referring to the one fitted to the STi? Rasher 13 December 2002, 20:54 Yes, I think so.:rolleyes:sorry for being a little vague [Edited by Rasher - 12/13/2002 7:55:29 PM] mutant_matt 14 December 2002, 01:52 Don't bother - it's useless!! (it flexes like a flexi thing). It's cosmetic.... Matt. Rasher 15 December 2002, 10:02 Cheers Matt, Do you recommend any particular one?? mutant_matt 15 December 2002, 13:48 Any one which is solid. Personally, I bought the Cusco one which is very nice but there are plenty others which are good like the Whiteline, Powerstation etc. Matt :) Rasher 16 December 2002, 09:31 Cheers Matt, Cusco strut braces are quite expensive if I remember right but they look good as well as do the job they're intended for. Looks like it'll be one of those please Father Christmas:D TBMeech 16 December 2002, 11:58 Rasher, I changed the front upper brace on my MY99 STI-V from the STD Carbon/Alloy jobbie to a Cusco Alloy brace, feels much tighter now, the STI one is approx £300 to buy new, wheras the Cusco is only £160 so its cheaper and better imho. wos 69 16 December 2002, 12:34 omp steel strut brace does the same job for 50.00 mutant_matt 16 December 2002, 14:08 ...but is presumably a lot heavier due to it being steel! :) wos 69 16 December 2002, 14:36 Matt, Not by a great deal would hardly notice imho. |
