Unhappy

Call me stupid but how do i know when i have blown my speakers???

I have JL Audio VR600cs in the front and Caliber coxas on the rear all running off my Sony CDMX (black panel jobbie) at first all was fine with really punchy bass and crisp treble but now the sound is all muddled and there is no clarity.

I can't believe i blew all 4 in one go?

Just a guess coz i don`t know much about the internals of a car stereo, but i`d say your problems with the head unit, maybe a processor or something like that that controls the unit`s output is goosed (????????)
