I am looking to buy some 17's and during a conversation with a person selling a set, he pointed out that I will need to ensure that if I buy a second hand set with tyres then the tyres will need to be the right profile for my year of car(MY95 UK).

So what profile of tyres do I need(he couldnt remember)so that they dont rub on my car which has been lowered 40mm already and will keep the speedo accuracy?

Any help/advice to stop me buying the wrong ones and wasting money would be of great help.

Do you have a set for sale? Any style considered but not gold in colour.
