Question

here's an interesting one for you.

I have a laptop, with built in DVD drive, I use this on the train/plane/hotel to watch dvd's, ah the fun! Now, I have a question. If I get a funky head unit with built in TV, eg; Clarion, Alpine thingy, could I possibly wire the laptop up to the head unit sp that I could play a dvd on the laptop and have it display on the TV head unit. is it possible?

Yes, providing your laptop has rca out or SVHS out... If not, you'll need a VGA->composite video converter, which ain't cheap...
