It goes off if you open a door or move around inside  Cheers, Jamie doctor CLIFFORD 24 October 2002, 18:55 Jamie the 160rli does not have a shock sensor but in can be added for approx 30 quid but even better you can add a warn-away sensor for 60 quid (it just plugs in ) it will beep the siren if anyone gets too close to your car !!!! Doc... JamieMacdonald 24 October 2002, 19:53 Cheers. I think I'm gonna get me one of those proximity sensors,! In response to the original post the 160RLi is a good alarm IMHO. ps Dr Clifford, can you get 'full closure' for this alarm? doctor CLIFFORD 24 October 2002, 19:56 ooooooooooooooooooooyes... the sensors you can fit your self but totlal closure is a nasty job!!!!!!!!!!! we charge 60 quid for a 4 door scoob.. EVOLUTION 25 October 2002, 03:27 Tommy, pay the extra for the better system, it might save your scooby from the opportunist scumbag one day. I have heard bad things about entry level TOAD systems, the sh1ts get more clever by the day. doctor CLIFFORD 25 October 2002, 18:57 All CAT1 alarm systems have to pass the thatchams test from Clifford all the way down to GT which means they are all about the same when it comes to protection the only main differeces are the features (window lift, warnaway ,hijack, etc)and of course the FITTING |
