Or maybe a routing problem.

A user is complaining they can't see my site...
The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.
But I and other users can see it fine.

They are browsing from the states, i'd appreciate it if any of you guys could have a look and let me know if you can view it ok.

The site is - http://www.teamshibbygopeds.phpbb4u.com

Cheers!

BTi Anytime dial-up using Titan's DNS.

IE times out, trying to ping:

Microsoft Windows 2000 [Version 5.00.2195]
(C) Copyright 1985-2000 Microsoft Corp.

C:\>ping www.teamshibbygopeds.phpbb4u.com
Unknown host www.teamshibbygopeds.phpbb4u.com.

Now that's strange. I had problems trying to ping the users machine from the server, traceroute was timing out at their ISP.

The user can see all the other sites on the server fine.
