I'm trying to post a piccy of wots left of my trollied scoob but Turbosport only support file sizes up to 100k, mines 340. The questions are 1. How do you reduce the size of the file and 2. any other downloaders that are free.

I presume this is a GIF or a BMP. Open it with any viewing app, and save as a JPG. If not small enough, then reduce the colour depth or num of colours
